Actually you are making incorrect assumptions by hypothesizing that the fact someone has to go to trial implies wrongdoing. I have worked for a CEO who was constantly getting sued by people trying to get easy money just because people knew they had money. I think she was sued four times. Never lost a single one, but it sure did cost her a lot of money in legal fees.

Btw, as you obviously already know, the likelihood of someone getting sued goes much higher the more money you have. People want easy money. Also my source shows that pvec in all likelihood will win the trial. Therefore, I take it as a sign that the person suing peter has a lot of faith in the growth of the company and is hoping to get a piece of the action through underhanded means.
