I see the "Parent Affiliate" and "Who Referred You"...what is the difference? and do we have to fill out both?

And what do we put for the "Synergy Level" if we are one of the original founders? Default as 2 or just leave it blank?

And how can we be sure that the company will not mess up our info?(since the system did not automatically switch everyone over?) Hmmmm....
