What I do is a complex mathematical calculation. I look at a stock, see if there's some volume, look at the price increases, along with any justification for it going up. If I determine, based on my complex and complicated algorithm, that the numerical values reach a certain level, I conclude that somebody is front loading.

Here's my equation:

Slight increase in volume+price increase-news of signaficance+/-possible restructuring of company (e.g.SOS updates, OTC Markets updates, etc.)=FRONT LOADING FOR POSSIBLE TO THE MOON FUTURE MOVEMENTS.

Now you should carefully note my formula and convert it into a computerized program that we can all benefit from.
