Janice - Take a look at the .0001 sell volume starting 04/14/2014


It's obvious to me he initiated the offer at less than .0001 and they started dumping 04/14/2014, then mailed the offering into the SEC, showing up as received 04/17/2014.

They sent in the time and sales previous to it so they wouldn't be questioned on how far under 5 million they could continue to raise money. I'm guessing they still have AT LEAST 2 million to raise leaving a .00001 200 Billion offer currently being dumped.


Of course, this is just my opinion.
