Not sure you've checked the SEC database or read mine and Janice's earlier posts (pretty sure you haven't),

but there is ANOTHER NEW OFFERING sitting there. It was submitted 04/17/2014. He submitted it AFTER an older offer expired in March 2014. A different offer than the CURRENT offer you keep referencing. He most likely has 2 more million to dump.

Yes, the stock hit .0002 and .0001 briefly in March with very little volume in comparison to the volume we are seeing since 4/14/2014.

My point:

New Offer shows up as a mailed paperwork 4/17/2014. We see a massive volume of .0001 being sold starting 04/14/2014. How many days do you think it would take to mail the offer to the SEC? Maybe three? Letter goes in mail on 04/14/2014 and offer hits the MMs @ .00001 with 200 BILLION shares

You may not buy this, but you'll see, just as Janice and I called the reg A sitting there staring you in the face. It really is THAT obvious what is going on.

You are playing with fire on this stock. You seem like a smart and reasonable person... at these levels, you'll lose if this gets suspended and goes to the greys.
