Sure here is a response to an inquiry from info at Dewmar, "All is good with the FDA and SEC. 1 day late is the same as 30 days late it all counts the same. Please tell me what other time we ever filed late? I don't believe you understand the definition of late...this current filing is the ONLY ever late filing for DEWM.

All is good in Dewmar land but from the outside looking in you can't tell. Everyone should trust and believe or sell; I'm sure you agree. Thanks for your concerns."
