Hey, just giving you some FACTS about how Government contracting works. All I know is that the DoD must think this has some merit or they wouldn't be messing around with it. Will it pass? Who knows. Whoever wants to think that the military is testing this out of the goodness of their hearts can go right ahead and believe that. Who knows what the big picture will be when the smoke clears. All I know is, if you don't like what you see then just walk away. Simple as that. Personally, I have a kid slapping clinic going on and lollipops are on sale. I think I'll stay a while.
