Google translate is good but "Lost in the translation" still applies.

I recently posted "Je vais vous poser ma question! "
Google has dropped some of the translation, I assume because it doesn't translate well.

"My question to y'alls I ask" or youse does work well. Simply put, "My question is"

"Voyons Donc" is a phrase in Canadian French which means "Ah, come on!"
Google says "So see".

The ref you used is more commonly used in English as the phrase in French would only be used if talking directly to you brother.

A hot-dog in English is the same in French, translating the word directly does not work. The term "Le Chien Chaud" would almost imply the dog was very warm. Google picks up on this now.
