Bees make money , err, is that honey, I forget. But, the penalizing of fully reporting Cos is outrageous IMO. Stating a minimum sp to be listed only incentivizes Cos to either pump the price up or RS, it's silly rule IMO. I guess the reasoning of .01 is to reduce the SS of the remaining cos and stop these cos from diluting their price down so much, so there is merit in that. It just sucks to penalize a fully reporting co by forcing them to bed w the scum of the publicly traded markets. The OTC is feeling the heat from the SEC, and I bet these new rules were part of the heat the new SEC sheriff is rendering.
