When Foxy Liar Roxy exchanged most of her shares to preferred shares with 4 vote counts PER share, I think she became the de facto controlling con mind of this entire fake company.
Not only does she rule it from the hidden face of the Moon like a sneaky predator, but she also counts for most of the multi million dollars expenses that will never be explained by any CEO in charge.
Unexplained expenses don't please any professional and ethical accountant to get audited financials.
Forget audited financials and any "up-listing". All this is the same old story from all management in place starting from that con artist Foxy Liar Roxy!
