"Actually the results of this study..."???
Seriously?
Funny, but I looked all over that website and couldn't find a single solitary thing except this:
"No Study Results Posted on ClinicalTrials.gov for this Study"
And the FACT that Ms. Starkweather presented her results at some nurses' conference out in the boonies tells me that -- alas -- her results weren't good -- for calmare, that is.
So, yeah, any benefit the machine offers is NOTHING but a placebo effect.
And judging from the posts on the various pain forums, it seems now that practically NO ONE thinks it works. I haven't found a single kind word written about it in over a year!
Johns Hopkins and Mayo Clinic??? And how many machines have they bought? Z-E-R-O! Which tells you exactly what THEIR opinion is of the thing.
As for "...have ever made a dime on Calmare," has ANYONE yet made a "dime" on calmare?
Cooney and his climbing mountains barefoot in the rain makes me think that's unlikely.
