Just for the sake of conversation, I saw on C-SPAN this past weekend, justice court judge Sotomayor was giving some insight into her history on the different levels of the Fed Circuit she has been associated with personally in her career...the most interesting thing was when the circuit judge rules, the appellate court has 3 judges that look at the way the judge handled the case as well as the content for the jury to decide...based on what was presented during the trial from both sides...we got a good chance of latches and jury award being remanded back to HJJ for remedy...sweet!
And if G thinks the Appeals Court did them wrong, their only option is back to Judge Jackson, "IF" the Appeals judges are all in agreement, full court press I like to think of!
Sotomayor said SCOTUS would not have a cause for them to hear a higher appeal due to the 3 judges being in agreement.
How much more punishment would G endure just for the sake of looking more stupid back in front of Judge Jackson with their full set of accounting books for the last seven or so years?
Can of worms would be an understatement!!!
Here's to May 6th, and a common understanding (King Solomon comes to mind) among 3 Apellate Judges!
Back to my ledge at the rock!
