For growth, JAMN will say time and time again how much they've grown since a year ago, but they've also increased the stores. Compared to the prior quarter, where they had a similar number of stores, they've only increased about 1/3.
In the last year, they increased sales by 300%, but they also expanded the number of stores 15 times - so if they're in 15 times the stores, why aren't sales up 15 times? Think about it - JAMN recognizes revenue when they ship product, not when it's sold off the shelves. So if they're shipping to 15 times the number of stores, why aren't sales up more?
And with only about 22-24,000 stores in the US, they can't increase the number of stores by 15X again. And the new stores that they add in the future won't be reaching new people - someone who has a store selling JAMN down the street will soon have 3 stores selling JAMN; and it won't make them buy more product.
