Olddog, Thanks for that explanation. So it sounds like Interdigital is pursuing this case at ITC in hopes of a "general exclusion order". I guess that could put numerous devices manufactured by more than just Microsoft at risk of an import ban. What are the chances of snaring Microsoft, Apple, Samsung and others all in one full swoop? "general exclusion order"
I guess pretty good if Interdigital continues to pursue Nokia.
