Definitely not! The man was a long-time participant on blogs regarding people traveling the entire Pan American Highway with their vehibles and started posting to such blogs long before Turner was ever involved with PVEC (fka VDSC). In fact, the Pan American Seaways ferry scam was long before Turner's brief 2-month period in mid 2012 as a consultant to the company.

There were many other posts on various blogs and websites questioning the claims being made about the ferry service as people were noticing that the Nissos Rodos never left the Mediterranean during the time when it should have been heading to Panama. Others commented that demand would not support the multiple passages daily and that the prices were unrealistic given the costs to operate the ferry.

Multiple parties realized that it was very suspicious.

Believe it or not, David Turner is not the source of all problems that have occurred with the company or Peter's false claims over the years.
