The company only updates current O/S in their financial filings (I've asked this of them before). Current O/S as of the last filings are shown in the iBox above and on the OTC Markets page. Not sure of the number of 506's sold. The 506's have no bearing at this time on current O/S though since no shares have been allocated yet.
