We will be moving into our production facility in May and we will be fully licensed with the FDA and the USDA under the PREP facility #.



and From PREP Management:

Every producer has to have their own production license and business
license - Fresh Promise will get their certification through the
Department of Agriculture.

Wonder if Captain Quirk has thought about this, it wasnt mentioned in his memoir from Easter morning.
