Well it's too much to think about now, but someday (way down the line) the two of you can have this discussion again except it will be about why the solar installation side of the business shouldn't be spun off of the parent company. Similar to large corporations now, they may want (in time), the technology side to be separated to unburden it from the installation side which is "hurting the bottom line".

So far fetched now, but in the future it will become reality.
