I haven't spent any time on it. Remember, I have no opinion on the mines. However, it might have been old management and old lawyers but new management should have done their dd before they took over. I know i would have.

Making false statements in SEC filings is a big issue now with Sarbanes-Oxley.

Still think there's a big short out there? Or did I explain it sufficiently?
