I agree that patent stocks are oversold.

IMHO Google hates VRNG but they care more about the endless lawsuits that will follow if they pay VRNG than the $$$ they owe VRNG.

New legislation shouldn't effect VRNG and certainly not this case but it could help protect Google in the future. Maybe that is the catalyst they need to settle this case and put it behind them.
