It's not clear, but, uspr claims uspr bought/rented/or leased some land from people that could not rent/lease/sell/ or loan the land. And uspr might have to pay further for their transgressions. uspr signed contracts to give-up more investor money, to their friends in Mexico. Now, the uspr crooks are on foreign ground against a foreign law system. Crooks, the all of ya.
