It appears, all along, I've been right. uspr has no gold-mine in the country of Mexico. It's not clear, but, uspr claims uspr bought/rented/or leased some land from people that could not rent/lease/sell/ or loan the land. And uspr might have to pay further for their transgressions. uspr signed contracts to give-up more investor money, to their friends in Mexico. Now, the uspr crooks are on foreign ground against a foreign law system. Crooks, the all of ya.

uspr is selling shares for something they do not have.

On Page 46 of 10-Q

uspr contracted with Plaintiff and seven other parties in 2003, for their rights to the Solidaridad I.

Plaintiff's exploration concession had expired in 2001, and
thus they had no ownership rights to convey to us in 2003.
