If cohort 8 is approved, the likely dose is 210-220 mg/m^2, or a ~30%-35% increase. IMO, a 50% increase is too much at this point in the trial.

While we're waiting what your guess on how high Cohort 8 will start dosing,..?

My guess is 250mg,... yours,...?
