In yesterday's post you said that the 29 investor made a loan to DFI, instead of being the investor, as a result, Simpson should not sell their TMM shares tendered to DFI. My questions:
1) If the 29 investors made a loan to DFI, then, where is their money ? By selling their TMMI shares ? why did they Tender their TMMI shares to DFI ?
2) You also claimed that DFI and DFMI was merged and that all the DFI shares of the 29 investor or creditors were called and replaced by DFMI shares, the question is if the 29 creditors from TMMI investors did not invest on DFI, why did they hold the DFI shares and needed to be called and replaced by DFMI shares when DFI and DFMI were merged as you claimed .
So, Please tell me what is true !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
