The March 15 rule is in effect. The failure of the RCCH Scam to trade is just another conspiracy theory that is not based on anything factual.

And RCCH, the Scam, is still DTC locked.

The SEC will disgorge all it can from Gendarme but that will NOT benefits RCCH in any way.
Gene already screwed over the shareholders when he sold those deep discounted shares to Gendarme.
