Where is the authorization to use it?
Organic Science is founded by Tom Gaffney and he or one of his buddies just renewed the domain name on 4/18/2014 a few days ago.
Right click while on the Organic Science page provided below and "View Page Source", you will see Tom Gaffney's name is still there as of today 4/22/2014.

Tom Gaffney has an injunction against him yet he is using HESG's logo?! Where are the authorities to get our logo back? Do we need to file an injunction against this company too??
