Definition does not always mean reality. I took the series 7, 24, 55. The rules, and definitions required to pass those exams were not always the reality of day to day.

The reality is every OTCQB gets pumped. IR blasts go out every day in tons of OTCQB and Pink Sheet stocks. That's a fact.

When a stock like USPR has no news for a while, and then, out of the blue, gets mentioned buy a gold expert, and the volume is increased 4X the avg, that's a pump. That's not an opinion, it's the real life definition of a pump.

You can quote some financial dictionary if you like but it's just reality.
