I placed an order on 4/16 and just checked the status of it and it's "processing". Most places that I order from have the product shipped and an email sent with tracking info, you would think that the same thing would happen here when you are buying a niche product. It is of utmost importance in a niche market to exceed your customers expectations to gain repeat business/referrals. This co won't amount to much at this rate, even with a celebrity. It will be a one hit wonder
