Donot, you REALLY DO NOT understand. I have already won in a HUGE way and that is because I do NOT own Piers. My money was not tied up and I used that money to back Susman/Willingham by loading up on the former WAMPQ or Preferred. Plus, I was able to use money that I never invested in Piers and buy more WMIH between fifty to seventy cent level for one and a half years.

I need not worry about technicalities you see, I have already made money on my bet plus it is still liquid and I am not waiting on anything if I do not want to.

I have explained it you as well as AZ explaining it to all of you. Again, I suggest you pay an experienced Delaware bankruptcy lawyer a one hour consultation fee and see what he/she tells you.
