now if the same pattern occurs pretty much after every time good news is released, the obvious answer is someone is squashing the run-ups.
for example, this happened after they announced the joint venture. so was that a pump and dump? more likely, someone has been squashing post good news run-ups --- and the likeliest, obvious answer is, a short interest.
