I wonder what the SEC will think of this filing when they look at the December PR and compare. this filings seems clear that they can't even keep up with their lies which is why the SEC suspended them in the first place.

Tell me; Does GLER have a 20% stake in ByoSafe? If so, why isn't it in the 10K? If not, why did they say they did in December?

If you believe in GLER you certainly should be able to answer these questions.
