that includes $16,250,000 for the plasma plant / rtc deal ... a one time item ... and uspr eventually gets something in return for the deal
so loss is about $4 million over nine months ...

mexican law suit dismissal is under lawsuit section ... also mentions another lawsuit that was dismissed ...
