this deal is from the same company that received many many shares monthly from cyclone for a number of years for non delivery of engines. also the same company that orders and never sells cyclone engines...is there a non delivery penalty?
i put the number of actual engines described in this pr that are actually made and delivered in2014 at zero, yes i am a non believer.
