The ARTR OTC profile now has a "Company Updated Profile" checkmark that was not there last week.

The OTC FAQ's describe this checkmark as: "What is a company updated profile?
The information in a company updated profile has been updated by a representative of the OTCQX, OTCQB or OTC Pink company. A "company updated" flag on the company's quote page indicates to investors that the information is current. Company representatives can learn how to update their company's profile here."

Not sure why they would bother to update the profile if they weren't planning on staying current with filings.
