Yup 22 million shares left to dillute out of 2.5 billion with not a single share sold in over six months. I'd call that maxed out. Even if they totally max it out that 22 million is a drop in the ocean. Not worried about dillution here. Or a reverse split as company owns 45% of shares and they'd be screwing themselves. Raising the authorized number of shares seems to be the only possible negative thing that could happen to the share structure. But, crazy things can happen down here in the pinks!
