Cash balance should be over .02 cents per share in next report (max 23 days to report)- enough to buyback over 25% of company at current prices.

What reason could they have for building cash horde but doing minimal promotion of stock?

I hope someone attends annual meeting next week and gets some answers. Unless someone lives in Arizona I do not expect any shareholders to attend based on daily volumes.
