LG -- I understand more of your 'opinion'. But still have questions - you wrote

One could interpret earlier posts by you and/or AZ that former equity would/could also receive monies prior to PIERS being paid in full - "over a very long time period" (if necessary)

Simply asked -- is that what you believe/state?
