MWT Page 100/202 refers to the $1.1M LOAN from RDI Logistics to
AHS. Mr Coats was asked about it in his deposition.

The settlement with PWC/NIR was for $1.1M with $700K having been paid in Jan leaving a balance owed of $400K.

How much of the $1.1M from RDI is still owed I don't know but, as of the date of the depo Feb 6, Mr Coats stated/testified that AHS is
"not current on the terms of that loan agreement".

We have had this discussion before, you are wrong.

ps FWIW I have clearly stated that I would not have paid PWC anything and that I agree with Coats as to withholding payment of the remaining $400K.
