Good points Jay & thanks. That is why I would like to read exactly what the court "stenographer" banged out on the keys, exactly word for word of that morning to put this into PROPER CONTEXT.

Bill is no dummy, but when Bill claims that the judge said "a world of hurt" and Bill did not understand what the judge meant by it, tells me that Bill was late & missed the start of that discussion or was not there at all. My gut was telling me that Judge Ellsworth was more than likely scolding Krieger that morning of the 8'th.


Court rooms are simple / methodical & in general lawyers speak clear and slow for obvious reasons. So it puzzles me to hear from Bill stating that he did not understand the dicussion that was taking place in the court room when Bill has invested so much of his life to following this story.


Again, Bill is no dummy. But I find it very suspect when Bill was in the court room and say's he did not understand what the judge meant by what she said. I may be wrong but I was not in the court room and until I read what was said that morning I personally believe the judge was scolding the defentants legal team.
