say, tell us again about how you claimed that MIMV/ADM was self supporting and did not need financing...yet at the same time MIMV/ADTM was issuing tens of millions of shares at discount prices to raise funds.

Say bubs, I have an idea .... let's divert the discussion away from the R/S and uplisting to Nasdaq to the old company, old management and old business model that was doomed from the beginning. While we're at it, let's also compare Apple to RadioShack since they're so alike.
