ARTR just updated their info on OTC last Thursday. Last week when I checked the last update had been made on October 31 of last year. To me, that's a great sign that they are getting ready to report year end financials on time. Should be any day. Personally hoping for Thurs this week or next Mon to give the chart a few more days to move closer to that golden cross and time to pick up a few more shares.
