Like watching a bad car accident. It's horrible, but you just can't look away.

Of course in the case of MPIX, it's pretty funny too. I mean how many companies value an asset at $40 million, write it down to $1.6 million in a little while, then realize it's worthless?

And the "we merged", "no we didn't"; "We gave away a ton of stock", "We got some of it back" stories are hilarious.
