The person responsible for the preparation of the Quarterly Report is Emmanuel Gyamfi, CEO, President, and Secretary of Issuer. Mr. Gyamfi compiled the information for the Issuer and prepared the unaudited financial statements contained in the Quarterly Report. Mr. Gyamfi has experience as the CEO, President, Vice President and CFO of various private companies and is qualified to prepare financial statements.
