Jay still a lot of action to go before that settlement conference. Read the judges notes from last week. tmm tried to turn in ANOTHER amended complaint and the judge tossed it! Guess they can't figure out which of their BS complaints has any evidence to back it up. The answer to that, NONE!

The judge will let them have a hearing to beg for ANOTHER rewrite soon. Next the defendants will answer and obliterate whatever bogus complaints tmm still has, if any. Next they will decide to countersue the living crap out of all of them.

Like I said, lots of action to go in the next few weeks!
