What moves this stock are the blogs like these. Although this is not your classic pump and dump scenario because there are decent products being sold, or at the very least trying to be sold, it's the bloggers that have been pushing the movement. The fundamentals of the company pretty much suck. The CEO is a player, so it is not about the product he is selling and the revenue generated by that product. It is all about manipulating the amount of authorized and outstanding shares, mostly the ones that he holds. When he needs money you will see the volume surge, most of the sells are though his MM's and the buys through the board posters. He doesn't need to buy any as he can just authorize more through his power as CEO. There are hundreds of millions of shares he can access. You wont see any PR or financials unless he does his thing he does with merging companies and creating new ones (you can do your DD on him and see what I am talking about). The reason why you wont see any financials is because the numbers arent correct. What he is actually generating on the wholesale side and what he has reported in the past and not reporting in the present don't match. It doesn't even make sense. So for example, if he sells 500k in vibeaway, and reported on the financials 250k, where do you think the other 250k went...his pocket; cash; spending money; personal bill paying; keeping and living a personal lifestyle. There isn't enough product sold to generate enough interest as a stock issuing company, but there is enough to keep his lifestyle in full swing.
Just look at the trail of companies and mergers and creations he has done in the past and it will be clear how this guy operates.
The only way to make money here is to attempt to follow the wave of push of the stock and try to sell if you can when it jumps a few one hundreds of a thousand. Like I "bet" someone else on this board. You can come back, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 15 months from now the story will be the same, everyone is touting and waiting for the "news", the "pr" the "financials" its going to take off, none of it happens and most probably never will.
