Jay now you're worried about the 1999-2000 year taxes for 29 guys you don't even know? What does that have to do with anything? I can tell you if you read the filings (still too lazy to go there and read them, right?) you will see where Simpson says all taxes on the sale of the tmm shares were paid to the IRS, out of the proceeds, not out of Simpsons pocket. Again, old unrelated news. And a little late for even the IRS to complain but I'm guessing they were happy with their portion of the sales.
