It must be nice to have legislation written just for you so you can grow your business. Capstone Turbine (NASDAQ: CPST ) is basically getting just that. The American Microturbine Manufacturing and Clean Energy Deployment Act is pretty much tailored for Capstone, which is not surprising since it was drafted by a state representative just a few miles down the road from Capstone's headquarters. While it's unlikely to pass, one of Capstone's largest competitors in the combined heat and power space, FuelCell Energy (NASDAQ: FCEL ) , may want to keep an eye on its progress.
