They'll never post profits...
That's not what the company financial structure is based on so there is no motivation to post profit.

The corporate structure is based solely on diluting the shareholders.

I'm a betting man and willing to bet that they issue a PR regarding an A/S increase before they ever file a quarterly or annual report with Net Profits.
Oh sure... They'll issue plenty of PR's discussing "major plans" for Net Profits but an A/S PR will happen before they actually file Net Profits with the SEC.
