I was wondering with MSGi securing MaloneBailey, you would think that they would know what the SEC was going to ask or prepare things so that there weren't this going back and forth with the SEC. The way I read MaloneBailey's website is that they are experts in auditing public companies.

Let's hope it stays above .03 for more then a couple of hours!
