All potential acquisitions must pass a set of rigorous control mechanisms and due diligence to ensure that all capital outlays add value to both the company and its shareholders. Proximity to existing production is important however Pacific Oil is actively seeking projects in other areas so long as the right metrics are present, the control mechanisms are satisfied and the price represents value.
