The pps has broken through the 2nd resistance level this AM; 2.23; a Double 10 strength; strong resistance.
The 1st Long Target is 2.33.
The 2nd Long Target is 2.44.

The SAR has flipped.
The pps showing a breakout of the Short Term Downward trendline, with a nice bounce of green.
My guess is that "significant" move up we have been waiting for is upon us.
